We act as a distributor of branded garden and construction equipment. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for guidance only.
Images may differ slightly from delivered products due to manufacturer updates.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies.
All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund.

- All prices displayed on the website to retail customers include vat at the applicable rate.
- The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is received.
- Delivery charges are additional and shown at checkout.
- Payment must be received in full before your order can be accepted.

4. Delivery

Orders can be delivered to addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
4.2 Standard Delivery – Spare Parts & Accessories (Retail Customers)
Parcel & Packaging: Delivery charges are shown at checkout according to the selected delivery method.
Free delivery on orders over €80
Maximum parcel weight: 25kg
4.2.1 Spare Part Delivery
Where possible, spare part orders received by 3:00pm (excluding weekends) are same day dispatched for delivery.
Delivery times are estimates.
Delays may occur due to weather, courier capacity, or other factors beyond our control.
4.3 Machine Delivery
Delivery charges vary by product and are displayed at checkout.
Some assembly may be required for electrical & battery-operated products delivered via third-party courier.

General guidelines:
- €65+vat – Ride-on lawnmowers, towable site cement mixers
- €35+vat – Cement mixers, tillers, cultivators, industrial shredders, log splitters, sweepers, generators, road saws
- €25+vat – Scarifiers, pumps, walk-behind lawnmowers, robot lawnmowers, pressure washers
- €15+vat – Chainsaws, brushcutters, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers
- €4.87+vat – Spare parts
4.3.1 Dealer Delivery
For ride-on tractors and petrol-powered equipment:
- Delivered fully assembled by your nearest authorized dealer.
- Dealer’s contact details are provided with your order acknowledgement and a Doyle’s representative will be in contact to advise.
- Delivery typically within 7 working days, guaranteed within 28 days.
5. Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel your order any time before being dispatched from our warehouse.

5.2 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
5.3 30-Day Satisfaction Window
- We offer a 30-day assessment period in which you may inspect your goods. If you are unhappy for any reason:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns after delivery require prior approval, which can be requested by contacting info@doylesw.ie
Where accepted, a 15% restocking fee applies. [This restocking fee does not apply if the return is due to an error on our part, a faulty product, or any issue for which the customer is not responsible.]
Restocking fees do not apply to statutory returns made within the 14-day cooling-off period.
5.5 Examination of Returned Goods
All returned products will be inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or recover associated costs if an item shows signs of misuse, damage, or is returned in an unsaleable condition.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Warranty
All products supplied by Doyle’s Wholesale include a manufacturer’s warranty, the duration of which varies by product and is outlined in the product’s owner’s manual.
Warranty validity requires:
- Proper use of the product for its intended purpose.
- Servicing at the recommended intervals as stated by the manufacturer
- Servicing carried out by a suitably qualified technician, in accordance with the manufacturer’s service schedule.
- Use of OEM-specification parts during service and repair.
The warranty covers:
Manufacturing faults, defects in materials, or workmanship.

- Consumable items and fair wear and tear (e.g., belts, blades, tyres, spark plugs, filters, cables, oils).
- Damage or faults caused by improper use, neglect, incorrect maintenance, unauthorised repair, or use of non-OEM parts.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow the proper cleaning procedures outlined in the owner’s manual (e.g., water damage caused by power-washing electric or electronic equipment such as robotic lawnmowers).
- Doyle’s Wholesale reserves the right to reject a warranty claim where the defect is proven to result from misuse, improper maintenance, or incorrect repair work.

We partner with secure payment gateway providers to ensure all personal and payment information is encrypted during transmission.
If intercepted, encrypted data remains unreadable to third parties.
