Doyle's Wholesale website operates as a
distributor of branded garden and construction equipment products in Ireland.
This website is aimed solely at users who access it from the Republic of
Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
As a user you acknowledge your use of this
website and any purchase of products is subject to the terms and conditions
listed below. We reserve the right to make changes to the website and these
terms and conditions at any time.
Purchase of Products
Orders can be accepted for delivery to Republic
of Ireland and Northern Ireland addresses only.
The price you pay is the price displayed on the
website at the time we receive your order (carriage charges also apply - see
below). All prices shown are inclusive of VAT payable at the appropriate
country rate.
On receipt of your payment we will confirm
acceptance of your order by an email sent to the address you have given on your
order. Acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us.
We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Title to products purchased on this website will
pass to you on delivery provided that we have received payment in full for the
products and carriage where carriage applies.
Doyle's Wholesale Delivery
Retail orders for Spare Parts and
Accessories – Parcel & Packaging €11.00 + VAT.
Charges apply per order going to the same location.
Carriage charges for machine orders apply. Amounts may vary depending on the product - customers will see the carriage charge at the checkout once they have added the item to their basket.
Carriage charges on Trade Account Orders of Spare Parts are free of charge over the value of €80.00.
Spare Parts - Maximum weight 25 kg per parcel.
Dealer Delivery
All ride on tractors and petrol operated products will be delivered fully
assembled and ready for use by your nearest authorised dealer. Contact details of your authorised dealer will be supplied with your order
acknowledgement. They will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient
delivery/collection date. Delivery will be made within 28 days of the date of purchase and in most cases
within 7 working days.
Next Day Delivery
Where possible all orders received by 3.00pm on day of purchase (excluding
weekends) will be dispatched for delivery on the next working day. Details of
the local Service agent will be issued with your delivery.
A third party courier will deliver all Mains electric products and accessories,
some home assembly will be required.
Delivery to some parts of Ireland addresses may incur a further carriage.

- €65 - Ride-on lawnmowers, Towable Site Cement Mixers
- €35 - Cement mixers, tillers, cultivators, industrial shredders, log splitters, sweepers, generators, road saws
- €25 - Scarifiers, water pumps, walk-behind lawn mowers, robot lawn mowers, pressure washers
- €15 - Chainsaws, brushcutters, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, etc.
- €11 - Spare Parts
Cancellations and Returns
Goods shall not be returned after delivery without the Company's prior
agreement, which at all times will require proof of purchase. When the Company
so agrees, the Customer shall pay a restocking charge of 15% of the price of
the goods.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before delivery. If you

We have a 14 day money back guarantee and will exchange or refund any products
returned in their original condition with proof of purchase to your authorised
dealer.
We offer a 30 day period from point of delivery during which time you are free
to examine the goods received. If you are unhappy with your product for any
reason you may return it providing it is boxed in its original packaging and
unused. The cost of carriage will be deducted from any refund issued.
All returned products will be examined before any refund is issued. We reserve
the right to refuse a refund and recover our costs in the event that a product
is returned and found to have been misused in any way.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling

Security
Doyle's Wholesale work in partnership with a secure Internet payment
gateway to ensure all information you give us during the order process is
encrypted before transmission via the World Wide Web. If any other Internet
user should intercept the communication they will only be able to see it in
encrypted form.
Warranty
All equipment supplied by Doyle's Wholesale carry manufacturer's warranty, the
period of which varies according to the product. The warranty period starts
from the date of purchase and is conditional on the product being serviced at
the recommended intervals by an approved dealer authorised by Doyle's Wholesale.
The warranty covers faults, which may occur due to faulty components or
workmanship but excludes consumable items, fair wear and tear or defects caused
by misuse.
Certain components are covered by their own manufacturer's warranties. A copy
of our full warranty terms and conditions can be obtained on request to the
Warranty Department at the address shown below.
Privacy
We will use the information you provide solely for the purposes of processing
your order and delivery or enquiry.
Details required as part of the payment process for security and validation
checks will be passed to Bank Of Ireland LTD.
Your name, address and telephone number will be passed to your local authorized
dealer to allow them to deliver your order or they will be passed to a third
party delivery service.
Other than the above we will not provide your personal details to any other
third party.
