Competition Terms & Conditions

    1. Doyle’s Wholesale’s decision regarding the selection of winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    2. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, or results of a competition, Doyle’s Wholesale’s decision is final.
    3. Competitions are not open to employees of Doyle’s Wholesale, their immediate family members, or any associated companies or agents.
    4. Unless otherwise stated, entrants must be over 18 years old and resident in the island of Ireland. Doyle’s Wholesale may request proof of age or residency from any winner.
    5. Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the officially selected winner.
    6. No cash alternative will be offered unless specifically stated.
    7. If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, Doyle’s Wholesale may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
    8. Use of a false name, address, or fraudulent entry will result in immediate disqualification.
    9. Doyle’s Wholesale will aim to deliver or arrange collection of prizes within 28 days of notifying the winner. If delays occur, the winner will be informed.
    10. Prize details are subject to availability, and Doyle’s Wholesale reserves the right to amend prize details without notice.
    11. By accepting a prize, winners grant Doyle’s Wholesale permission to use their name, general location (e.g., county), and image for reasonable promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
    12. Entries must be received in the correct format before the advertised closing date. Doyle’s Wholesale is not responsible for:
    13. Lost, late, or misdirected entries
    14. Technical failures or system errors
    15. Typographical or printing errors in competition materials
    16. Doyle’s Wholesale accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, damage, or liability suffered by a participant or winner arising from or related to the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
    17. Doyle’s Wholesale may cancel, modify, or suspend a competition or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time if required for operational or legal reasons.
    18. Prizes not claimed within 14 days of winner notification may be forfeited, and Doyle’s Wholesale reserves the right to award them to an alternative entrant or withdraw them entirely.
    19. Participation in any Doyle’s Wholesale competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any specific rules advertised with the competition.
    20. Anyone found to be in breach of these rules or acting in bad faith (e.g., using fake accounts, automated entries, or spam tactics) will be disqualified.
    21. Winner(s) will be chosen at random from all valid entries using automated or supervised random selection software.
    22. Winner(s) will be notified by direct message or email from an official Doyle’s Wholesale account within 48 hours of the competition closing.
    23. Closing dates and times will be clearly stated in the competition post or promotional material. Entries received after this time will not be included.
    24. Doyle’s Wholesale will retain winner details only for the time required to deliver the prize and in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
    25. Doyle’s Wholesale will never ask winners to click links, provide passwords, or share bank or card details to claim a prize. Any message requesting such information should be ignored and reported.
